I have tried to be as competitive as I can but as a small independent business it is not always possible to obtain the rates the larger companies can so I vowel to process your parcels in the best possible way ensuring that the costs are minimalised without effecting the overall gift presentation.
Nanny Sams Gifts are only shipping to the UK Mainland at present and are hoping this can be extended in time. If you have a gift you would like to ship further please feel free to contact Nanny Sam to see if this is something she can arrange – shipping abroad is complicated due to product restrictions and changing export rulings.
Nanny Sams Gifts uses the following shipping options
- Free delivery in Gosport, Fareham, Lee On The Solent and Stubbington for orders over £20.00
- Free collection from Nanny Sams Gifts at a pre-booked time available for all orders
- Royal Mail First Class for Cards only
- Royal Mail Tracked Service (SMS/Email notifications and Safeplace is also available if recipient is not going to be home) If a give the sender will receive the notifications to prevent spoiling any surprise! Please note - if your gift contains any age restricted items the Royal Mail will ask for proof of age in form of valid identification from anyone who looks younger than 25 years old.
- Couriers – Nanny Sam may use a courier if a parcel is over 2kg to ensure shipping costs remain competitive

Orders will be processed by Nanny Sams Gifts within 24 hours of cleared payment, your order will be packaged, despatched to the Royal Mail who will deliver within 48 - 72 hours - as the service is a tracked service you will be able advised of your tracking details and be able to monitor its progress.
If any products you have ordered are made to order or out of stock - Nanny Sam will contact you and advise how this will affect your delivery.

We take great care in packaging your order using the necessary materials according to its weight, size and how fragile it is.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
If any item you receive from me arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible on 07990 813024 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org
I will then advise you on the best course of action. In most cases I will ask you to return the item to me for an exchange or refund and in most cases I will refund the cost of posting the item back to us.
Please do not return a damaged order to me without contacting me first.
